PEEK (polyetheretherketone), a special engineering plastic, has been used as an important strategic material in national defense and military industries since its inception. Cables, wires, coil skeletons, connectors, and valves made using PEEK's high temperature resistance, hydrolysis resistance, and radiation resistance have been successfully applied in nuclear power plants, petroleum exploration and extraction industries, and aerospace fields.

Superior high-temperature resistance (-196°C ~ +260°C)

Withstands temperatures of 260°C for extended periods and can withstand temperatures exceeding 300°C for short periods. Suitable for high-temperature areas such as engine compartments and exhaust systems. Excellent low-temperature performance, maintaining toughness even in liquid nitrogen (-196°C) environments. Suitable for extreme space environments.

Excellent mechanical strength & lightweight (density 1.3 g/cm3)

High specific strength (carbon fiber reinforced PEEK strength is close to aluminum alloy), which can significantly reduce the weight of aircraft/spacecraft and improve fuel efficiency. Good fatigue resistance, suitable for components that are subjected to long-term vibration loads (such as aircraft structural components).

Excellent chemical resistance

Withstands aviation fuel, hydraulic oil, de-icing fluid, lubricating oil, etc., avoiding swelling or degradation (traditional rubber or plastic is prone to failure).

Flame retardant & low smoke and toxicity (meets aviation safety standards)

UL94 V-0 flame retardant, virtually smoke-free and non-toxic gas emission during combustion, meeting FAR 25.853 (aircraft interior fire safety standard). Suitable for materials used in passenger aircraft cabins to reduce fire risks.

Wear-resistant & self-lubricating (reduced maintenance needs)

Low friction coefficient, suitable for bearings, gears and other moving parts, reducing the use of lubricants (key advantage, avoiding oil pollution).

Radiation resistance & vacuum environment resistance

Suitable for space equipment such as satellites and space stations; it will not degrade due to cosmic rays or vacuum environments.
