Insulation material formulation and production process

Insulating Material Formulation and Production Process

1. Low-voltage insulating material
1.1 Formulation
Epoxy resin E-44 100
Diluting agent Dibromophenyl glycidyl ether 20
Flame retardant Antimony trioxide 10
Active silicon micropowder 400 mesh 200
Curing agent 593 25
Diethylenetriamine 3
1.2 Production process
1.2.1 Dry the silicon micropowder to a moisture content of less than 0.2%
1.2.2 Add epoxy resin, diluent, flame retardant, and silicon micropowder to the reactor in the following order
1.2.3 Heat to 100℃, degas and mix the material under -0.1Mpa vacuum for 30min until uniform
1.2.4 Cool to below 50℃, add the curing agent, keep the temperature below 50℃, degas vacuum -0.1Mpa, mixing time no more than 30min, then proceed to the casting process.

2. High-voltage and low-voltage insulating materials
2.1 Formulation
Epoxy resin E-44 100
Diluting agent Dibromophenyl glycidyl ether 20
Flame retardant Antimony trioxide 10
Active silicon micropowder 400 mesh 300
Curing agent S101 95
Accelerator DMP-30 1.5
2.2 Production process
2.2.1 Dry the silicon micropowder to a moisture content of less than 0.2%
2.2.2 Prepare the two components in the following order
Component A Epoxy resin, accelerator, flame retardant, silicon micropowder 200
Component B Curing agent, diluent, silicon micropowder 100
2.2.3 Heat Component A to 80-100℃, degas and mix the material under -0.1Mpa vacuum for 30min until uniform
2.2.4 Heat Component B to 50℃, degas and mix the material under -0.1Mpa vacuum for 30min until uniform
2.2.5 Cool to below 50℃, add Component A to Component B, keep the temperature below 50℃, degas vacuum -0.1Mpa, mix for 30min, then proceed to casting.
